I'm Natalie Eick!
I'm a designer, strategist, and educator passionate about bridging creativity, technology, and human-centered experiences. With a background spanning UX, CX, marketing, and industrial design, I move fluidly between disciplines, adapting to each role with a depth of expertise and a breadth of perspective. This agility has been my greatest asset—whether solving complex challenges in digital spaces, retail environments, or the classroom. At the core of my work is curiosity, empathy, and a belief that great design is both inclusive and impactful. I owe that to both lived and earned experiences.
I get asked often: "why @callingcollect?"
It started as a nod to a favorite band, but realized why the lyric stood out to me much later–a call collect young changed the trajectory of my life and since then I've been deeply compelled to extend the same grace through my personal and professional ethos.
If you’re ever around, I’d be happy to share about that story over a coffee.
